This is a 10-week support group for veterans.
Join us on Thursday evenings for 10 weeks (6:30 pm to 8 pm CST) for a special event designed to enhance veterans' mental fitness. This event aims to provide veterans with support and resources to improve their overall well-being.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with fellow veterans and learn valuable strategies and techniques for maintaining mental wellness in a relaxed, supportive environment. Let's come together to support each other on this important mission.
Save the dates and mark your calendars! We look forward to seeing you there.
